Customers who have previously purchased a trial session are not eligible for this offer again. If a repeat purchase is made, the customer will be required to pay the balance amount at the outlet before their session.

Trial sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Customers must present their purchase confirmation at the outlet during check-in.

2 Pax Session – A *shared experience for two people for Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna Therapy. *Individual room for optimum benefits

No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the purchase is made.
Any additional services or upgrades beyond the trial session will be charged separately.
