By registering for and participating in the sweatspa® 21 Days Challenge — Season 3 (“the Challenge”), all participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1.1 The Challenge is open to individuals 18 years old and above at the time of registration.
1.2 Participants must be physically fit to participate in infrared sauna, cold plunge, and related wellness services.
1.3 sweatspa® reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant is deemed medically unsuitable.
2.1 The Challenge consists of six (6) independent cycles, each lasting 21 consecutive days, running between 1 January 2026 and 30 June 2026.
2.2 Participants may join any individual cycle and may participate in multiple cycles.
2.3 Each cycle requires separate registration and payment.
2.4 Results and rewards are evaluated per cycle, unless otherwise stated for Grand Prizes.
3.1 Participants must complete a minimum of four (4) sweatspa® sessions during each 21-day cycle to qualify for evaluation.

4.3 Results from external devices or third-party facilities will not be accepted.
4.4 Individual results may vary and are influenced by lifestyle factors including diet, exercise, sleep, and adherence.
5.1 Challenge results are evaluated based on the following weighted criteria:

5.3 No appeals or disputes will be entertained once results are announced.
6.1 Cycle-level rewards will be awarded to selected top participants in each category.
6.2 Rewards may include sweatspa® session vouchers and certificates.
6.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated.
7.1 To qualify for Season 3 Grand Prizes, participants must:

7.3 Cash prizes will be paid within 30 working days after final verification.
7.4 sweatspa® reserves the right to withhold prizes if false information, misconduct, or non-compliance is discovered.

8.2 Credits issued are valid for sweatspa® services only and are subject to stated validity periods.
8.3 Unused credits are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
8.4 Consultation sessions with appointed professionals must be completed within the campaign period.
9.1 Participants acknowledge that infrared sauna, cold plunge, and related therapies involve exposure to heat and/or cold.
9.2 Participants participate at their own risk and are advised to consult a healthcare professional if unsure of suitability.
9.3 sweatspa® shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction arising from participation.
10.1 sweatspa® reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

13.1 Personal data collected will be used solely for Challenge administration, communication, and result evaluation.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
14.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
