Effective April 1, 2023

This sweatspa® Priority Club membership (“Agreement”) is between you and sweatspa® (“we” or “us”) and describes the terms and conditions that apply to your sweatspa® Priority Club membership. By buying, loading, or using your sweatspa® Priority Club, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership

Membership in sweatspa® Priority Club is optional, and requires a fee of RM50. Members must provide accurate and complete information when signing up for the program, and must update this information promptly if it changes.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to become a member of sweatspa® Priority Club:

– Aged of 18 years old and older.

– Existing customer of sweatspa® Package Subscriber with minimum spending of RM2,888 and/or above.

3. Priority Club Services & Priviledges

3.1 The birthday complimentary sessions are valid for redemption in 30 days within the sweatspa® Priority Club member’s birthday month.

3.2 The additional discount is exclusively for the sweatspa® Priority Club member and cannot be shared with others.

3.3 The referral vouchers should only be given to different individuals upon their first visit to any of sweatspa® outlets and shall not to be redeemed by the sweatspa® Priority Club members.

3.4 The credits are to be used for any sweatspa® products and services with no minimum value.

3.5 Any credit reload made is non-refundable, non-exchangeable across sweatspa® Priority Club members and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.6 The membership of sweatspa® Priority Club is transferable to another person. The owner of the card shall inform to sweatspa® at least 5 working days before the date of transferal to the new owner. A 5% administrative charge will be imposed for transferal requests.

4. Renewal Fees

The sweatspa® Priority Club membership has a yearly renewal fee of RM10. The renewal fee is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

5. Fraud Prevention

Members must promptly report any suspected unauthorized use of their sweatspa® Priority Club membership to sweatspa®. sweatspa® reserves the rights to investigate any such reports and take appropriate action, including cancelling the card and notifying law enforcement.

6. Modification or Termination of Program

sweatspa® reserves the right to modify or terminate the Priority Club membership at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event of program termination, members will have 90 days to redeem their remaining credits. sweatspa® has the rights to change the remaining credits with an equivalent value deemed by sweatspa®.

7. Limitation of Liability

sweatspa® is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the sweatspa® Priority Club card and/or the rewards earned through the program.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth by the issuer.

By applying for and using the sweatspa® Priority Club, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions. sweatspa® reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, and any such modifications will be binding on all members.
