Why Full Spectrum Infrared Home Sauna?
Infrared saunas are generally considered superior to the other types of saunas. Instead of heating the air, an infrared sauna heats the body at a cellular level. As a result, you sweat much more, but at a lower temperature.
Our infrared home sauna offers a full infrared spectrum. This powerful combination is achieved by fusing three infrared wavelengths - near, mid, and far-infrared; allowing you to achieve your health goals faster and more targeted. But first, what are the differences between the three?
Near-infrared light mainly penetrates the epidermis; the top layer of the skin. This makes it very effective for tissue growth, skin renewal, cell health and wound healing.
However, it is not advisable to choose a sauna that offers only near-infrared light. It can become too warm if used alone. The warmth of near infrared is best experienced in combination with other wavelengths.
Nonetheless, near infrared and mid-infrared heat waves have their own sets of benefits, and may be better suited for you depending on your health goals.
Mid-infrared penetrates deeper into the body than near-infrared; making it excellent for improving circulation and blood flow. With regular use, mid-infrared sauna therapy has been shown to significantly reduce joint and muscle pain by penetrating inflamed or injured soft tissue and triggering rapid healing.
